New Employee Information
All employees are required to read and follow the SDP Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for use of the SDP IT network and systems, which is available online HERE. Some applications such as the Advantage, require an electronic form and additional steps which may include training prerequisites. Account forms for these applications can be found in the Employee Portal.
Location Requests
Can be scheduled in Master Login under Location Request. Complete this online form if you are moving/adding a telephone or computer within the 440 Administration building.
Mainframe/ Advantage Access
Application can be found in Master Login under Technology Access Request
Change Password
Click on the Account tab in Master Login
Telephone / Public Address System Issues
Can be reported by clicking on Telecommunications in Master Login
Suspicious Email
If you receive an email you believe is suspicious in nature, asking for personal information, please forward the email to abuse@philasd.org. Remember, we will never ask for personal information, passwords, etc by email.
