Board of Education Cancels Committee Meetings

Due to the extraordinary circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, The Philadelphia Board of Education is cancelling two committee meetings scheduled for Thursday, March 19. Both the Finance and Facilities Committee meeting and the Student Achievement and Support Committee meeting will be cancelled.

As we all adjust to respond to the critical challenges of this historic moment, the Board believes it is important to focus all energy and attention on supporting our students, families and staff.
