The Education of Children and Youth Experiencing Homelessness (ECYEH) program works to identify and assist homeless children and youth in the District. ECYEH is supported with grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE). In addition to tracking and supporting homeless students, ECYEH also works to increase awareness of the rights and concerns of students without homes. ECYEH works with schools, shelter providers, and families to facilitate information-sharing and to provide a wide range of supports and services.
