The School District of Philadelphia has zero tolerance for such bullying, harassment, and discriminatory or racist behavior, as outlined in our Statement on Antiracism and supported by Board Policies 248 and 249. The District strives to create learning environments free from bullying, harassment, and discrimination for all students. To succeed at this, we heavily rely on every school community member to understand what bullying, harassment, discrimination, and racism are and promptly report such incidents for review, investigation, and follow-up.
