Our Office of Minority and Small Business Development is committed to promoting equal opportunity in the District’s business relationships by dismantling the existing barriers for Minority-and-Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs). The team implements the Anti-Discrimination Policy with the goal of increasing small business participation in District contracts. By developing relationships with minority business communities and providing technical assistance to minority vendors, we deliver on the District’s commitment to equal opportunity.
