In July 2019, a $9.4 million investment and construction project launched at Andrew Hamilton Elementary School in West Philadelphia. The school received comprehensive upgrades and improvements to the entire interior and some of the exterior of the school building. Twenty-six (26) classrooms received upgrades to finishes, electrical infrastructure and technology to support literacy and center-based learning. Exterior doors and window replacements, facade repairs, and improvements to the schoolyard were also made.
