On November 8th, the Division joined Urban School Food Alliance’s (USFA) member districts–eighteen of the nation’s largest school districts–for the second annual Plastic Free Lunch Day USA! Plastic Free Lunch Day is when school lunch is served without single-use plastic. By participating, the Division protected the environment and connected climate action to the cafeteria!
