Teresa Fleming has been a member of Transportation Services since May 2016 and was recently promoted to the Executive Director role.  She brings over 20 years of multi-modal transportation and global logistics experience to her new position in Transportation Services. She has experience in supply chain and business analytics, ocean, trucking, rail cargo, and passenger movement in public and private organizations.

Most recently, Ms. Fleming served as the District’s Director of Vendor Management, responsible for contract negotiations, service agreements, contract compliance, alternative transportation, and integration of contracted resources into the District’s strategic approach to providing safe home-to-school transportation for students.

 

Teresa possesses a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with the youth in her community and shopping. Please welcome Teresa to her new role on the Operations team!
