Prior to, and over the winter break, facilities personnel performed quarterly filter changes and ventilation equipment preventive maintenance in our buildings. Filter changes ensure that we are delivering sufficient amounts of ventilation air into our classrooms as well as improving the indoor environmental quality. Preventative maintenance consists of an inspection of the components for proper operation and tasks which will maximize the life cycle of the equipment.
