Summertime for the Maintenance department is our busy season. Several projects are going on within the department, from routine maintenance to large-scale renovations and system improvements. The department continues to make headway on the A/C window unit and radiator cover installations and will continue to work throughout the summer to achieve our goals.
Operations would like to send a big shout-out to the Maintenance team! Since returning to work in June 2020, the Maintenance department has successfully reduced the work order backlog by almost 6,100 work orders. That’s a 36% decline!
