Nicole Ward joined the Office of Capital Programs in February 2016. She is currently the Acting Director of Capital Programs and the Manager of the Design Unit. Nicole lends her expertise and that of her team to many departments in the District. She has lengthy experience in mission-oriented public institutions as well as the private sector. She carries a Master’s Degree in Architecture and is passionate about the built environment and the opportunities it provides to students to learn and thrive in a healthy modern environment.
