Gloria Phillips has served the School District of Philadelphia for many years as the Facilities Accounts Payable Specialist in the Office of Capital Programs. In this role, she is responsible for all of the capital needs associated with accounts payable. She assists with the day-to-day operations within the Finance Unit of Capital Programs, overseeing the review and payments processed within the new Oracle System. Gloria ensures that all of our contractors and professional services contracts are processed and paid in a timely manner. She is known throughout the District for her exemplary performance and customer service!  She is a wonderful asset to the Office of Capital Programs and the School District of Philadelphia.
