The Operations division completed and will implement the Site-Specific Facility Management Plan (SSFMP) for each building. The SSFMP standardizes and identifies the tasks needed to maintain our buildings, as well as various metrics to measure the quality of the services we provide. The SSFMP will provide for more equitable and consistent services amongst our buildings to ensure that we are providing the educational environments that our students and staff deserve.
