BAM Meetings

Benchmarking, Analytics, and Management (BAM) is a performance management and professional development meeting series for principals and school leaders. Through data review, review of evidence-based strategy implementation, professional development, and collaborative work time, school leaders and Central Office staff work together to align efforts, solve problems, and examine their beliefs and actions. These activities, grounded in the District’s Anchor Goals, allow principals and school leaders to exercise their growth mindsets while strengthening the connection between data and action.

ERA contributes new tools (including QlikBAM) that principals and school leaders can use to view and understand data, and ERA team members from DPO, ORE, and PESO lead sessions. ERA and our associated offices also support principals in developing and implementing data-dependent strategies.
