Executive Director of Educational Technology for the School District of Philadelphia, Luke Bilger, manages District-wide technology deployments, including the District’s 1:1 student and teacher device initiative. He champions the District’s efforts to increase access and equity in Computer Science, and supports the leadership of the District’s Urban Technology Project I.T. Apprenticeship programs.
