Kimberly Tillia started working for the Office of Education Technology in 2019 as a project analyst, and was officially hired by the School District of Philadelphia in 2020, as a program manager. She has a background in training adults in a corporate setting, instructional design, and customer service.

Kimberly has a passion for helping others become the best version of themselves; whether it is coordinating professional development, implementing processes, or supporting in-person training. She is a team-player, ready to help in any way that she can. Thriving off of a teamwork mentality, she enjoys collaboration and working with others to complete any project. You can find Kimberly managing logistics for the SIS PD team, administering PD sessions, and attendance in Cornerstone, or overseeing the team’s email box.

Kimberly also has a deep love for art, sports, politics and, most of all, her two children. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from Lock Haven University and continues to educate herself through facilitator seminars and trainings.
