Corey Keenan, a seasoned education professional, joins the School District of Philadelphia’s Educational Technology team, leveraging a decade of experience in local charter and public schools.
Starting as a middle school math teacher, Corey’s journey evolved over the years. Her role as a math specialist at Carnegie Learning ignited a passion for teacher leadership. This led her to become a math coach before finding her stride in the Ed Tech team.
Originally focused on math education, Corey’s interest in technology surged during the shift to remote learning. She immersed herself in diverse educational platforms, ensuring every student could access math. Now, Corey is excited to blend her coaching expertise and tech-savviness to empower Philly’s teachers and students.
Beyond education, Corey finds joy in tending house plants and bonding with her many nieces and nephews.
