  • Administration of the District’s compensation program
  • Maintenance of the District’s pay plan
  • Performance of job audits, evaluations and benchmark analysis
  • System set-up and maintenance of all position-related information including tables which impact pay, benefit and leave provisions for all employees
  • Conducting market and equity studies
  • Providing compensation-related guidelines, tools and information
  • Processing of Payroll Adjustment to Gross forms (S-324)
  • Processing of requests for Extra-Curricular, Staff Development, Evening or Summer Activities forms (S-313/316)
