PTC (Parent-Teacher Conference) Information

Only daytime conferences will be scheduled by I.T. Evening conferences will not be scheduled and will remain open for the individual schools to determine how they should be used. They could be used to accommodate the parents of students who were not able to be scheduled during the day or for parents who are unable to attend at their assigned daytime time.

The following dates for the Parent-Teacher Conference System are highlighted in blue on the Elementary Report Card Calendar:

• » Online master lists – available online
• » Delivery dates – letters and master lists delivered to regional offices
• » Pick-up dates – letters and master lists picked up from regional offices
• » Conference dates

First Report Period Conference Dates

• December 17th – afternoon conferences - scheduled by I.T.
• December 17th – evening conferences – non scheduled
• December 18th – afternoon conferences - scheduled by I.T.

Second Report Period Conference Dates

• March 24th - afternoon conferences - scheduled by I.T.
• March 25th – afternoon conferences – scheduled by I.T.
• March 26th - afternoon conferences - scheduled by I.T.

Teachers, please download the Parent-Teacher Conference Notification in different languages according to your class profile, and ask the students to bring them to their parents as a reference sheet to the English version they will receive.
