Vision: The Carnell Community will be a place where every child can read.  Every student from all backgrounds will have access to high-quality instruction and be enabled to reach and expand their highest potential.  Teachers and staff will welcome and celebrate diversity so that everyone is able to express their true selves.  The Carnell Community will be a place that invests in others so people feel they matter and have purpose.
